These “red dots” represent a thematic and intellectual focus for art in Switzerland and abroad. PFZ act aim to increase the debate about art and artistic expression. The artists involved in this long-term project act thanks to the artistic freedom enshrined in the Swiss Constitution. In order to do so, PFZ challenge certain boundaries to contribute to the development of an equitable society. In fact, only in a society in which art is allowed to expand and enrich the “aesthetic” discourse. The representation of minor voices is fundamental in our culture. PFZ is close to those entities that support a political openness inspired by equal opportunities, tolerance and solidarity.
The Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation (1999) has two provisions regarding artistic freedom. Article 21 of the Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation protects their freedom of artistic expression. Additionally, article 16 (cost.) guarantees the protection of their freedom of expression and opinion. As residents of Switzerland, we are protected by this rule of law (art. 5 cost.). The language of the law is used to judge and protect human expressions (ie art, emotion, etc.) when they cannot be defined. The normative solutions and standards to evaluate these expressions creates misinterpretations and ambiguities regarding the extent of the freedoms that are protected.

Art. 21 Freedom of Artistic Expression
Freedom of artistic expression is guaranteed.
The project challenges this law in the name of art. We want to make sure this right is protected to maintain and elevate the status of artists in Switzerland and abroad.

We are aware that these fundamental legal issues are against CJA’s philosophy but since the project is peaceful and implemented with the resources that the law provides us with, we include them to allow us to carry out our research. So, if the one aboved described above is not enoughfor someone, this following part is made for protect the artists involved in this project and in this circumstances we consider the following legal aspect valid.

6.Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Switzerland. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between https://privacyfreezone.ch and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Switzerland . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. https://privacyfreezone.ch’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. https://privacyfreezone.ch may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
